One of the bedrooms is an open loft area that is above the living room up a circular stairway.

$2000 per week, $375 per night, or $5000 per month.
 

Off Peak: Oct 1st to May 1st.

$1750 per week, $300 per night, or $4000 per month

Holidays are the same rate as Peak.
$200 exit cleaning fee
Local 14% tax.
$1000 refundable security

Rates are based on a 4 person stay. Additional guests are charged $25 each per night.
